by Online Shopper, Nov 24, 2009 The wrong item was delivered. This was resolved, but the first time the delivery was to be made and the wrong item picked up, it was a no show with no call given. I wasted about 3 hours waiting for delivery before giving up.

by Online Shopper, Nov 23, 2009 I did not like the ebill service, will not use it again, because it was to time consuming with all the verifications by phone. It would have been faster for my bank to send you an electronic check, which I will use for my next purchase.

by Online Shopper, Nov 23, 2009 I got confused to the white glove delivery. I assumed the appliance would be placed where it needed to go. The delivery team unloaded the appliance, unwrapped it, and placed it in the kitchen but did not install. I was able to install myself.

by Online Shopper, Nov 09, 2009 Ordered an in stock product on Oct. 8, received it on Oct. 22. It did not work. I have not received a new ship date and it is Nov. 9. I have emailed 3 times and called 5. The customer service person is not very helpful.
