by Online Shopper, Dec 05, 2009 toner doesnt last very long.. thats the bummer.. wish the NEC superscript 870 still worked and was still made & supported! what do i do with old toners? is there a place to return them for reuse?

by Online Shopper, Dec 05, 2009 I called cust.serv. to tell them I received the wrong items. The cust.serv.rep put a replacement order through and sent a return label for wrong item. I received the replacement on within 3 days and returned the wrong items the same day. Super service

by Online Shopper, Dec 05, 2009 The items I ordered backordered because you were out of stock, since other items I looked at said you were out of stock. The ordered was only shipped one day later than I thought it would, but still arrived when I originally expected.
