No matter what I tried I couldn't get my order placed. I ordered Christmas gifts for my Granddaughter but couldn't get my order processed. I gave up, after an hour of trying, and went to another site. The web site for sears was all advertisement and not about the customer. As I said, I found what I wanted, FINALLY. But it took a while to find it all... More

Sometimes it takes a long time to find what you are looking for. Shipping charges are extremely high. You can find more on the online store than you can at the Somerset, KY store. I call it very rinky dinky. Not much selection of anything you are looking for.
